Installation
To meet our customer demands McConnell Seats Australia also offer a seat installation service. Installation can be at your address or onsite at McConnell’s. Polyurethane Line
With the capability and in house expertise, we manufacture foam pads for all transport applications and project requirements. Ranging from simple blocks to highly complex shapes, and meeting requirements including the highest levels of Fire resistance and anti-bacterial performance we can do it all.
Frames, supports, trim tie-downs and protective materials can all be moulded in place as required to suit the installation and assembly process.
We can reverse engineer existing parts, or design pads specific to your application. Tooling and manufacturing process are optimised based on the volume of parts required, ranging from hand built pads to high volume aluminium tools. With manufacturing in house, we can adjust the final product hardness and density to match the required application. On site design support ensures smooth process from concept through to delivery
